The community is master metered with a master water shut-off valve. We ask all residents to please do their best to conserve water and take appropriate measures to fix leaks within the home (faucet, toilets, etc.). Each owner is responsible for all water lines running inside their individual unit. Should you experience low pressure, no water, or foul odors, please notify McNeil Management, who will notify the Hillsborough County Water Department.
If you experience a leak or break in the line on your property, please contact your own plumber. In order to fix the line, your plumber may be required to shut off the master water shut-off valve for the entire community. If that is the case, please ask your plumber to call McNeil Management to gain permission to do so.
