Clubhouse Rules & Reservations

• Only members and their guests may use the Clubhouse.
• At no time may any Association furniture and supplies be removed from the clubhouse for personal use.
• Homeowners must provide their own party supplies. Any Association equipment or furniture must be returned to their proper placement in the kitchen and clubhouse rooms.
• The library is a loaning library and all books must be returned to the clubhouse in a reasonable time and in good condition
• Association Social Events will take precedence when scheduling.
• All social activities, no matter what the size, must be approved by the Clubhouse Director.
• A “Clubhouse Reservation Agreement” must be completed by members who would like to reserve the Clubhouse.
• A $150 deposit check or money order is required, payable to “Savannah Landings HOA”.
• The Clubhouse Reservation Agreement and $150 deposit check must be provided to Savannah Landings HOA, P.O. Box 6235, Brandon, FL  33508-6004.
• After a reservation has been approved, a Board member or the Clubhouse Director can assist the member with unlocking the kitchen for use.
• All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Members must remove trash and secure the facility after use.
• No smoking or vaping is allowed.
• No pets are allowed.
• Please notify McNeil Management of any problems with the facility.
• Report any trespassers to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department at 813-672-7436.
• The deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the clubhouse.
